As a result the content on this site may not reflect current Government policy.’If the LA do feel it is required they should instead link to the page which includes the corrections/clarifications:webarchive.nationalarchives.gov.uk/20100413151441/http://teachernet.gov.uk/wholeschool/sen/home-educatedchildren/Perhaps, they feel the letter is still relevant as it does contain information about the funding that's available for children with SEN.
